Privacy Statement
This statement explains what Horizon Realty Developments LLC collects through the contractor portal, how it is used, how long it is kept, and how to request access or deletion.
What we collect
From contractors, we collect business details such as company name, contact email, license information, and trade. From a reported job, we collect the homeowner name, the property address, and any contract documents the contractor uploads for that job.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not collect or store card numbers or bank account numbers. Card and bank data live only with Stripe.
How we use it
We use this information to administer the referral relationship between Horizon and the contractor and to collect the referral fee owed on a closed job. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep job and account records while the referral relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward, so that fees, disputes, and tax records can be settled. After that period, homeowner personal details, including names, property addresses, and uploaded contracts, are purged.
Access and deletion
To request access to your information, or to ask that it be deleted, contact Horizon at alexander@horizonrealtydevelopments.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Some records may be retained where the law requires it or where a fee remains owed.
